Ingredients-

Fish pieces 4 cups
Onion 2 nos
Green capsicum sliced 2 nos
Green chillies finely chopped 2 nos
Ginger finely chopped 1 nos
Dry red chillies 6 nos
Soya sauce 1 table spoon
Salt 1 teaspoon
Vegetable oil 4 table spoon
Corn flour 1/2 cups
Plain flour 1/2 cups
Red chili powder 2 tea spoon
Black pepper powder 2 tea spoon
Spring onion leaves chopped 1 tablespoon
Directions
1. Marinate the fish pieces with red chili powder, black pepper powder and salt for 15 mins.
2. Soak dry red chillies in warm water for 5 mins and grind it into fine paste and keep aside.
3. Make batter by mixing together corn flour, refined flour, red chili powder, black pepper powder, salt and sufficient water to make thick batter.
4. Heat oil for deep frying.
5. Dip the fish pieces in batter and drop into oil one by one, similarly fry all the pieces to golden brown and drain and keep aside.
6. Heat 2 table spoon oil in the wok, add gineger, garlic and green chillies. Toss for few seconds.
7. Add onions and salt and saute on high flame till onions turn translucent and crisp.
8. Add capsicum and saute till it becomes soft.
9. Add 1/2 tea spoon black pepper powder and mix.
10. Now add 1 tablespoon soya sauce and ground red chili pastr and mix well.
11. Add cornflour mixed water at this stage to adjust the consistency.
12. Add the fried fish pieces and mix well.
13. Finally sprinkle spring onion leaves and serve.
